Yohay Sponder is an Israeli stand-up comedian with over twenty years on stage. Born in Givat Yoav and raised in the Golan Heights, he performs in both Hebrew and English, created Funny Monday in Tel Aviv, and toured Self Loving Jew worldwide. His new hour, Genesis, is on tour through 2026 and 2027.

Yohay Sponder is an Israeli stand-up comedian with more than twenty years on stage. He was born in 1982 in Givat Yoav and grew up in the Golan Heights, the son of a father descended from Polish Holocaust survivors and a mother whose family came from Morocco. After serving in the Armored Corps he began performing at the Camel Comedy Club and the Comedy Bar in Tel Aviv, and made his television debut in 2009. He built Funny Monday into the home of Israeli comedy performed in English, developing an audience that follows him across two languages. His world tour of Self Loving Jew sold out internationally. His new hour, Genesis, tours through 2026 and 2027, including three nights at New York's Beacon Theatre. He is represented by United Talent Agency.
